Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
* Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or if the manufacturer seal has been broken:

* Medical supplies intended for single use
* Compression garments that have been worn or opened
* Personal care products
* Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
