Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To qualify for a return: * Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. * All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included. * Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required. Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or if the manufacturer seal has been broken: * Drug testing kits * Medical supplies intended for single use * Compression garments that have been worn or opened * Personal care products * Clearance, closeout, or final sale items * Customized or special-order products * Gift cards Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
