WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.
If item is returned in new condition within 60 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 281-293-8633 and we will search for your order information. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.
